Larry D. Adams is the founder of Executive Vetting Solutions, a firm dedicated to helping organizations identify and select top-tier candidates through rigorous, experience-driven evaluation.​
Larry entered public service in 1999 when he joined the U.S. Navy, serving aboard ballistic missile submarines as a radioman during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. After a decade of honorable active duty, he transitioned to the private sector as a data analyst in Las Vegas, NV, where he applied analytical precision and problem-solving skills at the Otis Elevator Company.​

Driven by a continued commitment to serve, Larry returned to his hometown region and joined the College Station Police Department. Over thirteen years with the department, he became a detective specializing in crimes against persons and built a strong reputation for investigative excellence.

Drawing on more than 25 years of military, analytical, and law enforcement experience, Larry founded Executive Vetting Solutions to bring a disciplined, thorough approach to vetting and talent assessment — helping clients make confident, informed hiring decisions.
